I have taken my personal heels and boots to him for the past 6 years and he has brought them to as good as new condition from worn out soles, heels, scratches and used up material. My most recent pair of boots repaired here are in the pictures below. Keep in mind these shoes are 4 years old and I was provided with same day service. Charlie has been giving tender loving care to all 55 pairs of my shoes not including the boots for over 10 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else! You cannot imagine the level of excellence and workmanship. He even figured out how to give me another 8th of an inch to my motorcycle boots so I can now plant my feet firmly while on my Harley because he didn't want me to get hurt while riding the bike! Now THAT'S service!!
